Lead Instructor: Data Science (m/f/d)

YOUR MISSION

NOTE: Position open to the residents of Germany , Austria and Spain only. 

Join WBS CODING SCHOOL, one of Germany's leading tech schools, and help shape the future of tech talent. As Lead Instructor (m/f/d), you are the primary contact person for our students in Data Science an Data Analytics programs at WBS CODING SCHOOL. 

Your responsibilities:

• You teach engaging topics, conduct hands-on workshops covering topics like Python, SQL, Pandas, Tableau, Machine Learning, and more.
• You guide and support students through projects and assignments.
• You collaborate with other instructors and contribute to improving our teaching content.
• You will provide feedback, mentorship, and motivation throughout the learning journey of the students.
• You will take part in student evaluations, final project mentoring, and classroom events.

YOUR SKILLS

What we are looking for:

• You have 2+ years of pratical or instructional experience in Data Science or Data Analytics.
• You have a deep understanding and experience with SQL.
• You have extensive experience with Python for Data Analysis (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib & Seaborn…) and Machine Learning (Scikit-Learn, Keras, langchain.
• You respond empathetically to your students’ needs. Patience is one of your strong suits.
• You love to share your knowledge and experience with the students and the team.
• You are highly proficient in English and German, both spoken and written (C1+).

Good to have:

• Ideally, you have some experience with Cloud Computing (Azure, Google Cloud) and know your way around Tableau or a similar tool for data visualization (Looker, PowerBI,…).
• You are capable of performing A/B tests and are familiar with the main concepts around Statistical Inference.
• Extended knowledge of adult education and tech industry.
