Lead Instructor: Data Science (m/f/d)

We’re on a mission to empower individuals to launch successful careers in tech. As our Lead Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in for the learning success of our international students.

NOTE: Position open to the residents of Germany and Spain only.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.

• You teach engaging topics, conduct hands-on workshops covering topics like Python, SQL, Pandas, Tableau, Machine Learning, and more.
• You guide and support students through projects and assignments.
• You collaborate with other instructors and contribute to improving our teaching content.
• You will provide feedback, mentorship, and motivation throughout the learning journey of the students.
• You will take part in student evaluations, final project mentoring, and classroom events.

YOUR SKILLS.

• You have 3+ years of pratical or instructional experience in Data Science or Data Analytics.
• You have a deep understanding and experience with SQL.
• You have extensive experience with Python for Data Analysis (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib & Seaborn…) and Machine Learning (Scikit-Learn).
• You respond empathetically to your students’ needs. Patience is one of your strong suits.
• You love to share your knowledge and experience with the students and the team.
• You are highly proficient in English, both spoken and written (C1+).

GOOD TO HAVE:

• German language proficieny is a plus.
• Ideally, you have some experience with Cloud Computing (Azure, Google Cloud) and know your way around Tableau or a similar tool for data visualization (Looker, PowerBI,…).
• You are capable of performing A/B tests and are familiar with the main concepts around Statistical Inference.
• An independent, structured way of working with a high degree of self-responsibility as well as intercultural competence.
